In general, we recommend Chrome or Internet Explorer. Opera and Firefox will also work, but these are not widely used and may have some issues that are not registered yet.
However, it is your IT Department that decides which browser or browsers that will be supported.
If the URL for Fetch is a secure link (it starts with https:// ), it could very well be that only one browser is supported. If so, this should be defined in the first information you get as user and during the training.
