In this release, the following functionality have been added:
- Save a filter selection result as Bookmark
A new button has been added to make it possible to save selections as a bookmark in the browser. The bookmark will include all filters and keywords. The selection URL that is bookmarked, may also be shared via email or Jabber. Note that the number of items available to each user depends on his or hers access levels. - Statistics on filter Categories
Total possible hits per filter are now published next to the category title, giving a better view of the statistics of your filter selection and Keyword Lookup. Read more: "What do the numbers in filters mean?"
- Standard stacking of filters
In the previous version, filters were stacked differently depending on which Context you chose. Now, filters that are specific to the Context always comes on the top.Other filters, that are present in all Contexts, are always displayed in the same order. Read more: "How to work with filters"
- Keyword lookup result sorting by relevance
When Keyword Lookup is used, the result will now be displayed by relevance to the keyword used, and secondly to Modified date. You can always go back to sorting by any column. In the previous version, the results were sorted by Modified date only, and this could give a confusing result. Read more: "How to work with Keyword Lookup"
- TextTags are displayed
TextTags are meaningful words or terms that are extracted by use of Machine Learning from the full contents of the file. IntOp Engine uses TextTags, as one of many strategies, to put the files into context. Now, the TextTags are visible in the Name column. This is intended to give more insights into what the file is about. Read more: "What are TextTags?"
